Adam and his wife Gila founded the Milstein Family Foundation or the MFF in 2000. The mission of MFF has two parts, which include strengthening the relationship between Israel and the United States and reinforcing the identity of the individual Jew for future generations. According to Business Wire, Adam Milstein also holds several other possessions in the community that include being co-founder of the Israeli-American Council, sitting on the Board of the Hasbara Fellowships, StandWithUs, Israel on Campus Coalition, Jewish Funders Network, Stand By Me, Birthright Israel and co-founding American Israel Public Affairs Committee or AIPAC.
Both Adam and his wife Gila are co-founders of Sifriyat Pijama B’America, which is an organization that provides free books in Hebrew that teach Jewish values to Israeli and Jewish-Americans.

Adam Milstein grew up in Haffa, Israel. Before attending college, he served the required time in the Israeli Army, and then attended Technion and graduated in 1978.
Married by this time with two children, he moved the family to the U.S. and received his MBA at Southern California University, and he began his career as a real estate investor
